For them, we’re looking for an

EXPORT MANAGER

The Export Manager will be responsible of an assigned customer portfolio within an assigned geographical coverage.

Job Responsibilities

• Be responsible for sales initiatives: focused on new sales opportunities, client visits and management
• Work across the Group providing cross selling and upselling solutions
• Drive and monitor the sales activities focusing on commercial KPIs (e.g. order intake, marginality, proposals pipeline)
• Lead and providing support on major contracts, tenders and quotations
• Objectives setting coaching and performance monitoring of Sales Representatives or distributors
• Track competitor activity and providing updates on competitor news and intelligence
• Be aware of the quality of his own work and its impact on service delivery and contribute to the QMS improvement according to his/her role
• Pursues and secures business with consolidated customers in line with the business objectives
• Lead and support the negotiation with the Clients
• Ensures customer relationship management tools are updated on time and are of excellent quality

Experience

At least three years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of the following sectors is preferable:

• Pipes PE-PEX-Cast Iron -PP- PVC
• Fittings

Competencies

• Building and Developing Professional/Technical Knowledge: Gain core knowledge of technical/professional area
• Business Development: Shape the business development strategy

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering General or Economics is preferred

Language

• English proficiency level
• Second language as a plus German and/or French
