    The positionBy joining our team in CFO Functional Center of Excellence you will have the opportunity to-

    • Join a global team of strategic HR business partners in the People & Organization function tha t provid es strategic advisory support to Equinor’s business lines and support functions. This role will be a key strategic advisor for the Brazil exploration and production business, and a part of a management team of units supported based on scope and criticality;
    • Align and translate business strategy into People & Organization strategy and actions;
    • Secure sustainable build – up of Equinor’s operations in Brazil;
    • Update and deliver on People & Organization Plan for Equinor Brazil;
    • Optimize resource planning including recruitment and retention strategy, capacity , and competence plans;
    • Drive strong People & Org deliveries and LEAN ways of working. Drive effective use of People & Org operating model including use of shared services at a country level to reduce cost and increase efficiencies where applicable;
    • Ensure alignment with country People & Organization advisory and specialist teams.

    • 7-10 years of experience;
    • Higher education at Bachelor or Master’s Degree;
    • Fluent English and Portuguese proficiency;
    • Global experience and/or work in international company;
    • Previous experience in the oil & gas/ energy industry. Experience from other industries may support this;
    • Understanding of corporate (global) policy framework, compliance and local adaption;
    • Someone who is robust, resilient, flexible and can adapt to a fast-paced environment;
    • Problem solver, previous experience mentoring, self-starter, solution oriented and can work with ambiguity;
    • Experience challenging and influencing leaders;
    • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate across locally and globally.
