The positionBy joining our team in Projects, Drilling & Procurement you will have the opportunity to-

• Work together with subsurface team (geologists, geophysicists, reservoir and production engineers) and service providers for well planning on different maturation phases.
• Prepare drilling programs and well barrier schematics.
• Perform general well planning meetings focused on applying lessons learned and best practices, following-up cost optimization initiatives, risk analysis ( facilitate risk assessments), etc.
• Compile reports as required by Equinor governing documentations and local requirements.
• Be technical responsible for an assigned contract of drilling related services, performing Contractor’s management, following up performance and actions with regular follow-up meetings.
• Contribute to continuous improvement process on safety, performance and cost.

• Eligibility to hold an active CREA – Bachelor’s D egree in Engineering .
• Fluent English and Portuguese, written and spoken.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in subsea drilling operations, preferably deepwater.
• Experience with MPD (Managed Pressure Drilling) operations is an advantage.
• Knowledge on HP (High Pressure) and pre-salt drilling operations will be positively observed .
• Previous offshore/operational experience will be beneficial.
• Good communication , interpersonal and cross cultural skills.
• Available for occasional offshore trips and on duty on weekend.
