    The positionBy joining our team in Exploration & Production International you will have the opportunity to-

    • Integrate between production engineering, reservoir engineering, well solutions, flow assurance and subsea/topside engineering teams;
    • Work with production monitoring and optimization including production allocation.
    • Work with chemical well treatments (e.g. acid stimulation, scale/asphaltene squeeze). and with Production chemistry management plan, including selection and optimization of chemicals for subsea and downhole.
    • Plan, execute and interpret pressure transient tests and production logs.
    • Prepare operational procedures.
    • Perform well and production system hydraulic modeling and evaluations.
    • Participate and share performed work in license meetings with partners and authorities.
    • Develop lower completion solutions, including smart completions.
    • Establish objectives and design premises for well planning and production tests.
    • Ensure that production technology work is done in accordance with Equinor’s requirements for the different decision gates.

    • Minimum Bachelor´s degree required within petroleum/mechanical/chemical engineering, preferably also from pre-salt developments.
    • Minimum 5 years’ technical experience with proven deliveries.
    • Hands-on experience with commercial production engineering tools, such as IPM suite (Prosper/GAP), NETool, Kappa Server.
    • Experience from production and injection management.
    • Experience from project development as well as operations.
    • Theoretical and operational experience with pressure transient analysis and well testing.
    • Portuguese and advanced English language skills (both oral and written).
    • Experience within the following topics is an advantage- subsea production systems; processing technology; production log planning and analysis; flow assurance; rock mechanics; reservoir engineering; well completions and stimulation.
    • Embraces cooperation and open collaboration as essential ways of working. Proactive by nature, takes initiative and is able to work independently as needed. Gives and receives constructive feedback and is motivated by continuous improvement.
    • Offshore periodical trips are required.
