Jr. Maintenance Analyst – Rio de Janeiro

Airswift is seeking a Jr. Maintenance Analyst to work on a Contractor position in Rio de Janeiro with an Oil and Gas Company.

Job Responsibilities

Maintain close working relationships with discipline engineers and the operational planning team.

Monitor the CMMS and identify preventive and corrective service orders that require attention from discipline engineers or the hiring of third parties for execution.

Assist the discipline engineer in detailing service orders, including sequencing of steps, detailing of resources, execution time for each activity, materials, services and other necessary resources.

Assist in negotiating the unloading of materials for calibration, inspection or repair at an onshore subcontracted company, reserving materials in warehouses, as well as overseeing the processes of sending and returning materials, together with the logistics team and subcontracted company.

Register materials with the coding department (Klassmatt).

Create purchase requisitions in the CMMS, under the guidance of the discipline engineer.

Monitor and oversee the issuance of purchase orders for materials or contracting of services, together with the supply department.

Interact with the Integrated Planning team at the operational level and service providers to plan the mobilization of personnel.

Check and ensure the qualification of outsourced personnel, review the documentation required for shipment and support the logistics team to register the team in the client’s system.

Interface with the logistics team to request and monitor the mobilization of materials from service providers to perform activities during shipment.

Interact with suppliers to obtain reports and assessments, as well as review and approve Measurement Bulletins, after the service has been provided. Assist the discipline engineer in reviewing the services performed, attaching the reports to the respective service orders and creating maintenance notes to meet recommendations, when applicable.

Assist in the macro planning of the activities of the respective discipline, in order to optimize third-party shipments and coordinate demands in the fleet.

Collect information that contributes to the planning and execution of activities, aiming to optimize the productivity of labor and other resources.

Identify areas for improvement and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes supporting the contracting, mobilization and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance carried out with the support of the Performance Maintenance department.

Job Qualifications

• Higher education for Junior, Full, Senior and Master qualification levels.

Enrolling in the last semester of higher education, provided that previous experience in maintenance planning or execution is proven, Junior qualification levels (recent graduates);

Advanced English;

Differential: vocational technical education, in the areas of Electrical, Electrotechnical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related areas.

Experience in planning or execution in the maintenance area;

Intermediate Office package.
