We combine Swiss precision with Brazilian passion to create mission-critical web applications and corporate sites for mid-to-large Swiss clients. OPTEN AG is specialized in high-performance web solutions, Umbraco/.NET frameworks, and complex e-commerce integrations.
You’ll be working closely with OPTEN’s senior developer — currently on-site in Rio for two months — and the CEO of Noevu GmbH, who is permanently based in Niterói 🎥, offering on-the-ground support.
💪 What You’ll Do
- Turn high-fidelity designs into pixel-perfect, responsive frontends
- Communicate daily in English with our Swiss-based team
- Lead frontend development from planning and prototyping through code reviews
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and high performance
- Participate in team-building sessions 1–2× per week at our Rio/Niterói office
💎 What You Bring
- 5–7 years of professional experience in frontend development
- Mastery of HTML5, CSS3 (including Flexbox/Grid), and vanilla JavaScript
- Proven portfolio demonstrating attention to detail and clean, maintainable code
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Proactive, independent, and communicative mindset
Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Haves)
- Hands-on experience with Angular and/or React
- Familiarity integrating with ERP, CRM, or PIM platforms
- Exposure to Umbraco CMS or .NET environments
