Customer Success Intern – Rio de Janeiro

The Success Director (SD) is an ecommerce expert and will help our customers identify opportunities and execute their growth plans. The SD is in charge of helping our customers reach their true sales potential while maximizing the customer’s lifetime value for VTEX. The SD constantly investigates the platform’s technical scenarios to address customer’s business and technical questions. SDs are the main point of contact between our customer and VTEX, being the C-level’s voice regarding strategy.

About The Role

The Customer Experience is the primary interface between VTEX ecosystem and the customer, when Technology-driven, the intern learns the different scenarios surrounding the VTEX products and provides the first steps to the customer.

This position is the backbone of our Success and Sales structure. The Customer Success Intern role will give you a better understanding not only about data regarding sales, CX, main KPIs, goals, but also, about the main products and architectures, greater knowledge about our platform and products and, therefore, will prepare you for any future professional challenge whether within VTEX itself or not.

The challenges you will find here are some activities and processes that can be improved and optimized, and you will be one of the main pillars to propose ideas and actively participate in this construction.

Who You Are

• You are in the second or third year of college in Engineering, Business/Economics (with an analytical focus);
• You have a genuine interest in technology
• You are a problem solver
• You like routine tasks and I’m geared towards automating and optimizing processes through automation.
• You’ve had situations that made you interact with a more technical eye and you feel closeness/interest in delving into the programming language;
• You are data driven – you bring proposals and insights based on numbers
• Your communication is structured, clear, concise and fluid
• You like to learn new things and most of the time I manage to do it alone
• You love solving problems and the degree of complexity becomes an exciting challenge for me.
• You are able to demonstrate characteristics such as influence, learning agility, scenario reading, resilience and balance through experiences I have had
• You have a tech & math mindset, providing simple solutions to complex problems;
• You are a fluent portuguese speaker and have advanced English knowledge (preferred);
