    Company Overview

The organization is an international healthcare franchise dedicated to expanding access to high-quality care throughout North America. Operating across the United States and Canada, it enables entrepreneurs and medical professionals to establish and manage clinics that offer primary care, diagnostic services, preventive-health programs, and wellness consultations. By integrating a proven franchise model with a digital-first infrastructure, the company advances a scalable, community-driven approach to healthcare and upholds the principle that healthcare is a fundamental human right.

    Position Summary

The Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) will serve as the initial point of contact for all inbound inquiries originating from patients, healthcare professionals, and prospective franchise owners. Operating in a fully remote capacity, the SDR is expected to demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and cultural awareness while guiding each inquiry to the appropriate internal team, whether patient coordination or franchise development.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond to inbound leads received via website, live chat, telephone, and social media platforms.
    • Evaluate each lead’s requirements, deliver accurate information, and determine qualification based on geography, urgency, and service interest.
    • Schedule consultations, escalate qualified leads to relevant internal stakeholders, and ensure seamless handoffs for high-value opportunities.
    • Record detailed and timely notes in the organization’s CRM system to document the progression of each lead.
    • Provide feedback from lead interactions to marketing and operations teams to enhance messaging and response protocols.
    • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance metrics, including contact volume, qualification rates, and conversions to booked appointments.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to refine the inbound sales process and elevate the overall customer experience.

    Candidate Profile

The preferred candidate is an attentive listener and articulate communicator who exhibits cultural sensitivity and patience when engaging diverse audiences—many of whom may be unfamiliar with healthcare systems or franchise structures. Dependability, meticulous organization, and alignment with the organization’s mission are essential. Prior experience in sales or healthcare is advantageous but not mandatory; adaptability and commitment to purpose are paramount.

    Required Qualifications

    • One to three years of professional experience in sales, customer service, or administrative support.
    • Proficiency with contemporary CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
    • Reliable high-speed internet connection and demonstrated success working in a remote-first environment.
    • Experience interacting with global or culturally diverse audiences.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, adhere to established processes, and prioritize effectively.
