    • Support and optimize Equinor Brasil daily helicopter operations;
    • Follow-up safety, cost and operational performance KPI;
    • Offer suggestions and direction from analysis to help guide organization decision-makers;
    • Work collaborative with different teams and departments to provide expertise and insight.

    • Bachelor´s degree in Engineering, or other relevant discipline;
    • Advanced English and Portuguese;
    • Knowledge, understanding and experience with Air Transport supplier market would be an advantage;
    • Continuous improvement mindset , cost control knowledge and logistics/ supply chain experienc e ;
    • Ability to be proactive, work independently, deliver your own ideas and results, and perform high quality work within tight deadlines;
    • Good interpersonal and intercultural skills – position requires teamwork across disciplines and organizational boundaries; identifying and managing internal and external stakeholders;
    • Ability to live by the Equinor values and the «I am safety» expectations;
    • Ideally an advanced level of digital skills ( Office 365, focused on Power BI and Excel) .
