Job Title: Company Representative – WAG Manifolds
Location: Rio de Janeiro (RJ), Brazil
Assignment Type: 12-Month Renewable Contract
Start Date: November 2025
Project Context
:The Company Representative will oversee the manufacture, testing, and quality control of Water Alternating Gas (WAG) manifolds and foundations, ensuring strict adherence to project HSE, technical, schedule, and quality requirements
.
Core Responsibilitie
s:HSE Oversight & Complianc
- e:Ensure full compliance with H3SE standards and STOP WORK polic
- y.Supervise CTR and Sub-CTR adherence to HSE plans, risk assessments, toolbox talks, and safety control
- s.Promote and enforce Ethics and Anti-Corruption policies on sit

n.Technical & Quality Supervisio
- n:Oversee execution of tasks per Company specifications for WAG Manifolds and Foundation
- s.Review procedures, certifications, and qualifications before any activit
- y.Monitor NDE, NDT, DT (as required), cleanliness, dimensional checks, pressure testing, et
- c.Ensure ITP steps are strictly followed and adequately recorde
- d.Validate readiness of tools, equipment, consumables, and documentatio
n.Control & Non-Conformity Managemen
- t:Sign off control documents; log and escalate non-conformitie
- s.Implement corrective actions in coordination with contractor
- s.Stop work in the case of safety or quality issues and reassess as neede
- d.Ensure non-conformities are resolved in a timely, schedule-preserving manne
r.Documentation & Reportin
- g:Review and approve Manufacturing Record Books (MRBs
- ).Ensure dispatch dossiers and final certifications are complet
- e.Issue weekly progress reports covering HSE, QA/QC, and scheduling insight
- s.Participate in audits and follow up on closure of finding

Qualifications & Experien
- ce:Engineering Degree or Master’s (Mechanical/Subsea/Process preferred) or equivalent professional experien
- ce.20+ years of Oil & Gas experience, with 15+ years on major EPC/subsea projec
- ts.Deep experience with WAG manifolds, subsea structures, and associated testing/QA process
- es.Solid understanding of manufacturing workflows, quality control, and inspection regim
- es.Familiarity with HSE risk management, control verification, and audit practic
- es.Fluent in English; Spanish or French is a pl
- us.QC certifications (e.g., CSWIP, PCN, ASNT) are an advanta
