    We are on the lookout for a Branch Manager.

    As one of our Branch Managers, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Branch expansion and workforce. You will manage the dedicated branch workforce, oversee project placements, plan the workforce, and ensure workforce utilization, impacting branch profitability. Additionally, you will be instrumental in enhancing employee experience, remote team culture, and productivity, aligning them with our company values and strategic goals. Your role will also involve spearheading employer branding activities to establish our presence in the dedicated market. Your key stakeholders would be the Head of Workforce Management, Portfolio directors, VP of HR, Global Workforce Manager, and other Branch managers. Furthermore, you will oversee and manage all branch-related activities and administration to ensure smooth operations.

    What would be your responsibilities if you joined us?

    • Manage and optimise the dedicated branch workforce capabilities.
    • Conduct workforce planning to anticipate future staffing needs and resource allocation.
    • Drive initiatives to enhance profitability through effective resource management.
    • Streamline processes and practices such as onboarding and induction to improve the overall employee experience within the branch.
    • Implement initiatives to foster teamwork, collaboration, and professional development among branch staff.
    • Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract top talent in the dedicated market.
    • Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to create compelling brand messaging and materials.
    • In collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Team, leverage extensive local professional networks to drive high-quality recruitment, positioning Symphony as a premier IT employer mainly in Brazil and the broader LATAM region.
    • Promote the company’s reputation as an employer of choice through various channels and activities.
    • Oversee all office-related activities, including facilities management, equipment procurement, and maintenance.
    • Manage administrative staff and support functions to ensure efficient branch operations.
    • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to address any branch-related issues or concerns.

    Ideal profile:

    • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the IT industry with a strong background in software development and/or delivery management (project management), and IT services environment, along with a comprehensive understanding of technical processes and best practices.
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams and navigating matrix organisations, fostering collaboration across different business functions.
    • Proven success in leading engineering teams, recruiting top IT talent, and building high-performing technical teams that drive innovation and results.
    • In-depth local market knowledge of Brazil’s legal, economic, and cultural landscape, with a solid track record of navigating and ensuring compliance with local regulations and policies.
    • Proven decision-making expertise, with the ability to make strategic choices that enhance operational efficiency and drive long-term success.
    • Experience managing remote teams across multiple countries and navigating the complexities of an international workforce.
    • Focus on quality, productivity, and excellence in work.
