    Job Purpose

    The role is responsible for supporting HR Enterprise Applications and delivery of new project initiatives. Leveraging his/hers strong expertise on HR processes and tools, the Sr. Product Owner HR Applications will provide business guidance, support and capture business requirements, drive projects and enhancements definition, categorization and delivery. This position is for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit capable of driving projects and supports across all processes (HRM, Payroll, C&B, Talent, Mobility, Learning, etc.). Collaborating with corporate and regional HR stakeholders, the individual will implement governance, ensure long-term business and IT roadmap alignment, and support operational change. Working closely project managers and other IT support organizations, the individual will be an advocate for the HR business within the IT organization to drive delivery and exceed business expectations.

    Job Description

    • End-to-end ownership of cross-functional projects, including product definition, resource planning, and project execution.
    • Primary support for HR applications and integrations, acting as a liaison with technical resources.
    • A technical problem solver capable of identifying innovative solutions to project roadblocks.
    • Support the definition of the roadmap according to business strategy, coordinating delivery activities on global HR tools.
    • Define business requirements in collaboration with corporate and regional HRIS management.
    • Establish operational governance with domain area stakeholders, manage performance metrics, and ensure project coordination.
    • Develop metrics, set targets, and optimize processes to increase efficiency and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities, develop prototypes, and new functionalities.
    • Oversee quality delivery of technical system activities, including bug fixes, incidents, and enhancements.
    • Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
    • Significant work experience with HCM SaaS solutions (SuccessFactors modules or), ServiceNow HRSD, ADP payroll, WorkForce Time Management Software, etc.

    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or closely related degree

    Fluent English
