We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in managing the Innovative Medicine Technology forecast and actual cycle guidance, coordinating all Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities, and providing support for budgeting outside of the regions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to collaborate with business partners across Commercial, Supply Chain, and Research & Development (R&D) while driving efficiencies across our processes.
Key Responsibilities
FP&A Coordination:
- Manage the forecasting process and ensure timely guidance on actuals to facilitate informed business decisions.
- Coordinate all FP&A activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with financial regulations.
- Consolidate presentation decks and perform data analysis to support Budget vs. Actual (BVA) reviews and the latest financial insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with global functions, JJT Finance, regional finance leads, and the IMPO finance team to support strategic initiatives.
- Provide critical financial insights to facilitate decision-making and strategic planning.
Support For Budgeting
- Assist in the budgeting process and provide analytical support for regions and budget area within your immediate focus.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to respond to business needs promptly and effectively.
Data Management And Analysis
- Oversee the submission of Executive Committee (EC) and Technology Leadership Team (TLT) scorecards.
- Manage TM1 group adjustments and undertake BRAVO reconciliation to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Manage the Bill of IT (BoIT) process, facilitating all inquiries and providing guidance on relevant procedures.
- Support Benchmarking and Long-Range Financial Planning (LRFP) activities
Automation And Efficiency Improvement
- Drive initiatives aimed at advancing automation and improving team efficiencies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements that enhance overall financial reporting and analysis capabilities.
- Support SigniFi related initiatives
Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in finance, accounting or related field
- A minimum 3 years of relevant finance experience is required
- Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills is required
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools is required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills is required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team is required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy is required
- A passion for driving financial excellence and business success is required.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $77,000- $124,200
The compensation and benefits information set forth in this posting applies to candidates hired in the United States. Candidates hired outside the United States will be eligible for compensation and benefits in accordance with their local market.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
