Role Purpose And Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage relationships with indirect sales channels, ensuring effective communication, training, and alignment of business strategies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities, adapting strategies to maintain and enhance market leadership.
- Facilitate collaboration between internal teams (marketing, operations, clinical, etc.) and channel partners to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular business reviews with indirect channel partners to monitor performance, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure compliance with corporate standards.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of sales activities and pipeline management.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to indirect sales partners, fostering a high-performance culture.
Requirements And Qualifications You Will Need To Be Successful
- Minimum 5 years of experience in medical devices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Proven experience in a senior sales management role, preferably in the healthcare, medical devices industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of driving sales performance.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in sales analytics, forecasting, and CRM tools.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed
