Gerente de Projetos de Inovação – PMO

Liderar projetos estratégicos de inovação multifuncionais, como desenvolvimento de novos produtos, mudanças de embalagem, novas “claims” de produtos e melhorias de processos chave para impulsionar a entrega dos objetivos de negócios:

Principais responsabilidades:

• Entregar projetos de inovação de alta complexidade;
• Gerenciar projetos de lançamento em mercados regionais;
• Apoiar uma equipe multifuncional com avaliação e alocação de recursos do projeto.
• Participar de reuniões de pré-gate nas BUs, reuniões do BU R&D LT, revisão de recursos no grupo de PM de P&D e avaliação de todas as funções no BU R&D LT.
• Fornecer insights para recomendações de projetos e portfólio através de dados de portfólio.
• Garantir a precisão dos dados no sistema Fusion [EPM] e facilitar o uso consistente do Precision [Sistema de Relatórios Financeiros].
• Participar de esforços para incorporar as melhores práticas de Project Management como parte da construção de capacidade geral de negócios.
• Forte parceria com o Project Accountable Lead (PAL).
• Construir uma equipe do projeto após a aprovação, em parceria com a liderança multifuncional.
• Gerenciar equipes principais garantindo a tomada de decisões oportuna e comunicação eficaz.
• Desenvolver e manter cronogramas abrangentes no sistema PPM com contibuição do time multifuncional.
• Identificar proativamente problemas e dirigir a resolução, garantindo um escopo e estratégia claros do projeto, necessidades de recursos alinhadas e previsões de gastos abrangentes.

Suas qualificações:

• Graduação Superior Completo;
• Idiomas exigidos para esta posição: Inglês: Avançado/Fluente e Espanhol: Desejável;
• Experiência significativa (7 anos) em Marketing, Supply Chain ou P&D, incluindo Gestão de Projetos em um ambiente de saúde do consumidor ou área relacionada (por exemplo, CPG, farmacêutica, etc.).
• Certificação em Gestão de Projetos preferida.
• Entrega comprovada de gestão de projetos eficazes em uma variedade de tipos e complexidades de projetos.
• Ter atuação em posições de gestão de projetos e/ou liderança em organizações de tamanho comparável.
• Fortes habilidades analíticas.
• Compreensão dos principais processos e funções de negócios dentro de uma empresa de saúde transnacional.
• Habilidades de negociação e capacidade de influenciar com ou sem autoridade em níveis acima e abaixo do próprio nível hierárquico.
• Capacidade de influenciar e desafiar através de conversas corajosas.
• Capacidade de avaliar e ajustar o estilo de comunicação ao público.
• Proficiência em modelar responsabilidade e responsabilizar os outros.
• Proficiência em construir confiança com equipes e partes interessadas.

Innovation Project Manager – PMO

Lead cross-functional strategic innovation projects such as new product development, packaging changes, new product claims and key process improvements to drive delivery of business objectives:

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver highly complex innovation projects;
• Manage launch projects in regional markets;
• Support a cross-functional team with evaluation and allocation of project resources.
• Participate in pre-gate meetings in the BUs, BU R&D LT meetings, resource review in the R&D PM group and evaluation of all functions in the BU R&D LT.
• Provide insights for project and portfolio recommendations through portfolio data.
• Ensure data accuracy in the Fusion [EPM] system and facilitate consistent use of Precision [Financial Reporting System].
• Participate in efforts to incorporate Project Manager best practices as part of building overall business capability.
• Strong partnership with Project Accountable Lead (PAL).
• Build a project team after approval, in partnership with cross-functional leadership.
• Manage key teams ensuring timely decision making and effective communication.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive schedules in PPM system with cross-functional input.
• Proactively identify issues and drive resolution, ensuring clear project scope and strategy, aligned resource needs, and comprehensive spend forecasts.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Completed Graduation degree;
• Required languages for this position: English: Advanced/Fluent and Spanish: Desirable;
• Significant experience (7 years) in Marketing, Supply Chain, or R&D, including Project Management in a consumer health or related field (e.g., CPG, pharmaceuticals, etc.);
• Project Management certification preferred;
• Proven track record of delivering effective project management across a variety of project types and complexities;
• Experience in project management and/or leadership roles in organizations of comparable size;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Understanding of key business processes and functions within a transnational health company;
• Negotiation skills and the ability to influence with or without authority at levels above and below one’s own hierarchy;
• Ability to influence and challenge through courageous conversations;
• Ability to assess and adjust communication style to the audience;
• Proficiency in modeling accountability and holding others accountable;
• Proficiency in building trust with teams and stakeholders.
