Your role

• You will be part of Customer Service Department for a six-month internship
• You will contribute to develop a KPI reporting system collecting performance indicators to analyse data from the main aftermarket business functions
• You will identify and select the most significant KPIs to be monitored
• You will develop a dashboard of performance indicators
• You will monitor internal process using Power BI software
• You will automate all internal KPIs in Customer Service Department
• You will interact also with different departments within our organization such as Sales, Operations, Planning, etc. to share information, data e insights for improvement
• You will have the opportunity to interface with technical domain experts and grow your technical and professional skill-set

Your profile

• Bachelor or Master degree in Management Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Economics or similar
• Strong interest for data analytics
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Good Knowledge of SQL, python, VBA
• Knowledge of Power BI is highly appreciated
• Italian and English proficient user both written and verbal
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team worker
