    ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

    This role is part of HR Operations

    The role is responsible for leading, shaping, and driving our people strategy for the Supply Chain, New Product Implementation, Procurement, and EH&S areas. As the HRBP Manager, your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with senior leadership, guiding and influencing them on all aspects related to people and organizational design to support the achievement of our business goals.

    What You Will Be Accountable For

    • Gain an in-depth understanding of our business and its objectives to effectively partner with senior leaders, providing strategic HR guidance.
    • Responsible for leading the transformation agenda for all HR aspects.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team, offering insights and recommendations on people-related issues and organizational design.
    • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and address talent gaps and leadership development needs.
    • Drive the implementation of global and regional initiatives, policies, and programs, ensuring consistency and alignment throughout the organization.
    • Partner with the global People Operations team to ensure the seamless delivery of an equitable people experience, including compensation, benefits, employee relations, and performance management.
    • Foster a culture of high performance, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion across the organization.
    • Monitor people metrics and analyze data to identify trends and generate insights that drive continuous improvement.
    • Stay updated on industry best practices, employment laws, and regulations to ensure compliance and recommend enhancements as needed.
    • Work closely with the business to understand key personnel and implement talent development plans for relevant departments.
    • Utilize relevant knowledge of human resources and functional areas to establish trusting relationships with others.
    • Demonstrate strong communication skills, a keen ability to learn, and sound judgment and problem-solving capabilities for complex issues.

    Essential Experience, Skills And Knowledge

    • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Post graduate degree preferred).
    • Possess proven experience as an HRBP Manager or in a similar role, preferably within a multinational organization.
    • Advanced English. Spanish is desirable.
    • Exhibit a solid understanding of HR practices, principles, and employment laws.
    • Showcase excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Demonstrate the ability to influence and guide senior leadership on people-related matters.
    • Display experience in talent management, leadership development, and organizational design.
    • Possess strong analytical skills to assess HR data and metrics, identify trends, and propose areas for improvement.
    • Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Have a talent for building strong relationships and collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Show a strong commitment to diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement.
