Airswift
Airswift is seeking an HSE Coordinator to work on a permanent contract in Rio de Janeiro with a major O&G Company.
This person will manage all the demands of the HSE department to prevent accidents and perform the resources provision so the HSE teams can exercise their responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities
- Meeting HSE contractual requirements
- Compliance with the legal requirements applicable to i-Tech Off/Onshore activities
- Interface with internal and external customers on HSE demands
- Working group awareness of HSE tools
- HSE support to project managers
- Management of HSE tools required internally
- Application of training related to HSE
- Receipt and application of HSE audits and Certification
- Requisition and specification of PPE and relevant EPC
- Investigation and treatment of accidents
- Elaboration and monitoring of HSE objectives and goals
- Conducting safety campaigns
- Trend analysis and application of comprehensive actions
- Coordination of HSE team activities
- Promotion of the value SECURITY within the company
- Environmental technical responsible for the base of operations
- Preparation and maintenance of relevant PPRA’s
- Coordination of work permits of the base of operations
- Management of waste generated by the base of operations
- Manage HSE information entered into Synergi
- Consolidation of HSE and DPR operational information
- Monthly sending of REM and other periodic reports to customers
- Perform emergency drills according to corporate schedule
- Realization of HSE induction with new on/Offshore employees
- Management of legal demands in SISLEG
- Perform periodic shipments to verify HSE compliance
- Manage expiration / delivery of extinguishers, rubber gloves and locks of Offshore systems.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Postgraduation Degree in Occupational Health Engineering.
- Advanced English
- Experience with SMS
- Experience with team management.
