    Job Title: RETAIL ANALYST

    Summary

    The Retail Analyst is responsible for activities related to the management of orders and sales at Crocs Brasil. Among his main responsibilities are the preparation of order books, financial analysis of tenants, follow-up of orders and sales targets, in addition to managing the training portal. In addition, he is the main daily contact between the tenants or team and the company, answering questions related to logistics, finance, the returns portal, questions about portfolios, among others. He is also responsible for managing visual merchandising and window billing for each store. ”

    Essential Duties And Responsibilities

    Leadership and Management

    • Provide support and be a facilitator between parties and all support areas of the company in order to guarantee the perfect operation of the units.
    • Responsible for managing the training portal.

    Operational Excellence

    • Weekly preparation of the order book (Crocs stores and other territories)
    • Division of the ready-to-delivery worksheet for the Retail channel, and weekly delivery to shopkeepers.
    • Compiled from Ready-to-Delivery orders (weekly)
    • Daily analysis of the retailer’s financial situation with the financial team
    • Daily portfolio analysis and CDK to check what can be released.
    • Receipt of portfolio changes daily and sent to CSR.
    • Responses to prompt delivery and cancellation orders to tenants
    • Order tracking – shipping, sorting, invoicing and delivery.
    • Goal tracking.
    • Approval of returns in the portal
    • Follow Up of pending returns (both by Crocs and the retailer)
    • Order sheet suggestion for each collection (STORE LARGE/MEDIUM AND SMALL)
    • Compilation of orders for each collection from all FTW AND JIBBTIZ stores and entry into the system.
    • Main daily contact between all retailers or team and Crocs to answer questions about logistics, finance, returns portal, questions about wallets, among others.
    • Grade B order sent to retailers and compiled sent to Ruberloss.
    • Insertion of discrepancies in the system (products received in excess) for invoicing.
    • Sending communication e-mails to retailers (price changes, holidays, etc.)
    • Receive briefings from shopkeepers to create specific art for shopkeepers.
    • Coordinate with the agency the creation of arts for retail communications.
    • Coordinate with the agency WhatsApp cards with commemorative date themes.
    • Keep apportionment of showcase materials always up to date
    • Request a printing quote from the supplier and monitor the invoices.
    • Check the need for additional parts for production.
    • Window billing for each store (with each marketing story change)

    Training & Development

    • Creation of logins on PlayerLync
    • Insert documents that help the routine of stores, such as: training for partner portals, product training, window guide, sales meeting material, visual communication trousseau, etc.

    • High School diploma required.
    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • 1-2 years of retail experience
    • Excel required.
    • Power BI preferred.
    • Bi-lingual: Intermediate English
    • Able to travel internationally up to 30% of the time.
