Customer Marketing Intern – Rio de Janeiro

The Team: The Customer Marketing team is responsible for driving the marketing acquisition and retention activities. The team focuses on targeted engagements across the entire customer lifecycle, whilst demonstrating near-term impact and return. This includes developing new contacts, new business, and pipeline for field sales teams worldwide, in addition to increasing conversions of MQL-sourced pipeline and supporting strategic renewals.

Responsibilities

• Assist Customer Marketers in coordinating various integrated programs and marketing activities such as campaigns, digital marketing, events.
• Set up and producer online events
• Interface with marketing colleagues (Creative, Business line marketing, automation, social media, analytics team) in building up relationships to effectively achieve company´s objectives
• Coordinate in production of a wide range of marketing communications.
• Execute a wide variety of enabling tasks that involve direct mail, email campaigns, , marketing trade shows and events, customer communications, media advertisements, promotions, and other marketing plans.
• Track campaigns, preparing performance analysis reports of post campaign.

What We’re Looking For

• Studying Business Administration, Communications, International Business or Marketing .
• Fluent in English, written and verbally
• Computer and Office skills (Power Point, Word, Excel)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills necessary.
