Job Description

• Execute locally the capex excellence program from request to execution for Large projects
• Is the local contact of the Group technology and facilitate the implementation of initiatives driven by the Group technology, from Capex, to mill support, and maintenance program
• Be part of the network of project managers through the group by exchanging most effective practices
• Work in conjunction with the technological experts of the group
• Build and/or update the database of the local assets
• Contribute to the asset development plan in conjunction with the local team

The aim of the role is to contribute to fulfillment of Group strategy for projects’ sustainability and digital transformation.

Parameters of success:

• Capex program(Safety, Budget, timing)
• Performance of new installations
• Efficiency target fulfillment for new installations

The Successful Applicant

• University Degree or equivalent within relevant practice
• A proven track record of driving change/improvement in an operational leadership role with extensive coaching experience
• Solid experience in the Paper industry
• 10+ years in Project management roles (relevant projects)
• Proven performance improvements driven through Continuous Improvement tools
• Leadership skills
• Internal customer focus
• International/European spirit
• Team spirit
• Performance / Efficiency driven
