Reporting to and working with the Global Vice President of Sales, the Regional Sales Director will collaborate across various internal departments and discipline specialists such as Operations, Technical Services, Safety, Legal, Risk Management and Finance to build competitive service options for our customers ensuring their ongoing success. Principais Responsabilidades Maintenance and update of regional market intelligence database Maintenance and update of Business CRM system Development and execution of customer engagement cadence Identification, qualification and pursuit of regional market opportunities Development of opportunity pursuit strategy, internal approvals and delivery of final proposals for all bids and tenders. Lead customer negotiations with respect to contracts and or variations Participate in and develop reports for internal business review which relates to sales activities Qualificações, Habilidades & Atributos Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Business Development required, MBA preferred A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales leadership in the aviation or oil & gas field services industry especially marketing and selling services Demonstrated experience in Sales and business plan execution and ability to solicit and secure business from existing and new customers Excellent knowledge of the oil field services marketplace, practices and competitive landscape Excellent commercial and business acumen, positively influencing the cost, profit and cash flow drivers on a deals profit Experience in maintaining effective processes to improve sales bids and support services to ensure accurate inputs are submitted within commercial tender submission schedules Experience in optimising sales processes and tracking tender and sales activities effective in systems DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A COMPLEX MATRIX ENVIRONMENT: collaborate with other stakeholders to get what is needed for success in proposal delivery and bid success BENEFITS OF WORKING AS A SALES DIRECTOR – AMERICAS IN RIO DE JANEIRO, RJ: Ï Learning opportunities Ï Opportunities to grow Ï Competitive salary
